Our vacuum grinding system is virtually dust free and can be used in any environment, causing no damage to any existing fixtures and fittings.
Depending upon your needs, we can offer only patch fills, if possible or full floor ‘’flooding’’ is generally the most popular option.

Epoxy Resin Coatings
We offer Epoxy surface finishes for whatever your needs, from garage floors, balconies/sundecks, industrial spaces and parkades.

How It Works
1) Prepping the surface. This is probably most important to ensure a good surface for which we can apply the product. This involves cracks/hole repair and then a top surface grind to remove any contaminants or imperfections prior to epoxy application.
2) Now we can apply your chosen epoxy coatings to the surface. If so desired, at this stage we broadcast the decorative quartz chips/flakes or special silica sand (for added grip) on top of the epoxy.
3) Last (but certainly not least) the top coat is applied. This poly-aspartic clear coat protects your floor from abrasions and also provide protection from UV damage. It also is what gives the floor its ’shine’.
Flexstones Polyaspartic Waterproof Coatings
We also offer a slightly different version of these traditional epoxy coatings.
This comes in the form of a flexible epoxy type system very similar in appearance to regular epoxy surfaces.
It has all the same usages as regular epoxy and then even more. It can be used for waterproofing almost all surfaces, including swimming pools and fountains!
Both of our lead contractors have received training on these products directly from Flexstones at their Vancouver head offices.
